Distressed M&A

Morgan Joseph is a registered broker-dealer capable of providing clients with comprehensive M&A advisory services for both healthy and distressed situations. RRG has completed over 75 distressed M&A assignments, both in- and out-of-court, over the last several years. This experience is a differentiating factor for our team because it allows us to create the proper process to drive value to the maximum, understanding that each sale process will have its own unique elements related to timing and the constituencies involved. Morgan Joseph professionals are well established in the industry and are known for being consistently active advisors. Our superior market presence and reputation ensures that opportunities presented by Morgan Joseph are given priority by recipients. In addition, our thorough preliminary due diligence allows us to identify client strengths and weaknesses prior to marketing the company, which allows us to position our clients optimally in the marketplace. As a result, we strive to address and minimize potential issues before they can become detrimental later in the transaction process. Further, we will typically run a concurrent process to locate acquisition financing and utilize the market feedback in numerous ways: (i) helping buyers close more quickly, (ii) provide greater certainty of closing, and (iii) persuasively argue for the highest possible price.
