Ms. Malanoski serves as Vice Chair of the firm and has over 30 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Morgan Joseph TriArtisan in 2001, Ms. Malanoski held various positions at New Street Advisors LP and was a Managing Director in the Mergers and Acquisitions department of Drexel Burnham Lambert and Chairperson of the firm's underwriting commitment committee. Ms. Malanoski received an MBA from Cornell University and a B.A. magna cum laude from Rosemont College. She is a member of the Board of Directors of Phibro Animal Health Corp.
